- How does the WIZIGEN generate music? Using proprietary neural-net models trained on a vast library of global recordings, you can generate melodies, lyrics and full tracks in minutes.
- How do song variants work? Each song generation automatically creates "two versions (variants)" of the same song. Variants may differ in vocals, arrangement, or mix, but both belong to one song set.
- Can I edit the generated song after creation? No — once a song is generated you can no longer edit the song, including the lyrics and song style. You can update the title name, change the cover photo and price.
-
Can I publish only one variant? Yes. You may:
- Publish Variant A only
- Publish Variant B only
- Publish both variants
- Keep variants unpublished
- Are there limits to how many songs I can create per month? Depends on your plan; free users can generate up to 3 free songs upon sign up.
- What happens when a song is sold or gifted? All available variants automatically transfer to the buyer or gift recipient. Variants are delivered in one zipped package. The song is automatically hidden when transferred to the new owner.
- Can I have multiple subscription plans? No, only one song subscription plan is allowed per account.
- Does my plan renew automatically? Yes — your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle, whether monthly or annual.
- When are my credits used? Credits are only deducted after a successful song generation. If a song generation fails, you won't be charged.
- Do unused credits roll over? Monthly plans: Unused credits do not roll over. Annual plans: Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month or year.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? Yes, you may change your plan if your current subscription term has ended, you cancel before the next renewal, or you have used all your song credits.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription? If you cancel during an active billing period, your remaining credits remain valid until the end of your billing cycle.
- Who is allowed to use songs for commercial purposes? Commercial rights are granted only to active paid subscribers. All commercial use must comply with Radio Montreux policies.
- Does buying or gifting a song transfer full ownership and copyright? It may, but only if specific conditions are met. A song is considered a Full Rights Transfer, including copyright ownership, only when all required steps are completed through the Platform.
- What conditions must be met for full rights and copyright to transfer? Full rights transfer happens only when the Seller has added a price and selected the song as a Full Rights Sale, the Seller has agreed to the sale and copyright assignment terms through the Platform, and the Buyer or Gift Purchaser has clicked the "Confirm Order" button and the Platform records and confirms acceptance of the written copyright assignment.
- What happens when a song is purchased as a gift? The Gift Purchaser agrees that the transaction is treated as a purchase under the Platform Terms. Full ownership and copyright, when applicable, transfer directly to the designated Gift Recipient after the transaction is successfully completed and assignment is confirmed. The Gift Purchaser does not retain ownership or copyright unless a separate written agreement is accepted through the Platform.
- What if there is no written copyright assignment recorded? If a written copyright assignment is not confirmed through the Platform, the transaction will be treated as a license only; copyright ownership will remain with the Seller.
- Do copyright rules differ depending on location? Yes. Copyright protections and enforcement for AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.
- How do I sell my songs? Add a Payment Method (Paypal), set a price (in USD amount) and Publish your song. The platform handles payment collection.
